Moving to Louisville Kentucky

Yes it's true. The story's of us leaving here is all true. Now you all know. That is why I have not been out riding. I have been planning this big move. I can't believe that we are really going to be moving to Louisville Kentucky.
I flew to Louisville about 2 weeks ago to meet with my new boss. The school I will be working for is called "Daymar College". I will be the Director of Financial Services. It's a big title and a big pay raise. Robert is over joyied with the idea of us going to Kentucky. The main hub for UPS is located in Louisville.

We have a home already, it is a 2600 square foot home located in a new development called Arbor Heights. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. It has a upstairs and downstairs. Formal living room, dinning room and HUGE family room.
I know this is a big shock to all that read this. IF you are still reading this. I have not updated the blog forever. Ivan, Dave, Chris, Penny, and Ray. I will miss our Sunday rides together. I'm so sorry that I have not been there for you guys. Keep riding and checking out my blog. I plan on doing some riding there in Kentucky.
I will be leaving here on September the 20th, to drive over to Kentucky. I have to be there by the 25th to sign papers for the new house and start work on the 1st of October.

My house is up for sell, we had our first open house today (Sep 8th, 2006) Only 1 person came. Tony my real estate agent forgot today was the start of football on Sunday and the Puyallup fair just opened up.
Well guys. This is it. I hope you guys keep in touch.
Walter, I will miss our long talks, you are a wonderful person and a blast to be around. Now go hang upside down man. I hear it helps your back.
hahahhaahah

Sorry to see you go, Tracy. You're a great guy and were always a lot of fun to be around.

Be prepared for Lousiville! Violent thunderstorms and possible tonadoes in the summer, along with stifling, muggy weather, and cold and ice storms in winter. One of the things I miss out here is lightning. KY along the Ohio River is a great place for it, if you enjoy that sort of thing! I was based at Ft. Knox for two years (just down Rte. 31W from Louisville, FYI, 31W was known as "the Dixie Die Way"!) so I know the weather.

Best wishes to you and Robert. Good luck in your job and enjoy your new home.

Smiles,
Dave
