Fire at Arbor Wood Drive

 

Dear God in heaven. Who would of thought that this would happen here and at this time of the year. Well, it did. Just seven houses down from us, this poor family had a HUGE fire. Robert and I was off at the store. (Target). When we got back, fire trucks were everywhere. One of our neighbors came and told us the folowing story:
"Man, that fire was huge, I saw a yellow glow from my window. When I came outside, this guy is outside kicking his Grill. I ran over there and his propane tank is shooting fire 8 to 10 feet in the air. I started yelling for him to get the hell away from it. He would not leave. So I pulled him by his sweatshirt and made him move. His wife was out side just screaming her damn head off. We called 911 three times. By the time they got there, the fire had set the gargae on fire and both of his cars were engulfed in flames. I then ran home and got my camara and started taking pictures. I felt like a total shit for taking the picture, but hey, it's a fire."

Well that was our neighbor's words, today, 12/10/06 I went outside and took these pictures. Robert and I was up late last night, and I saw the guys over there about 1am putting up plywood to cover the door leading into their home. I feel just awful for them. They have two small children that were in the house at the time of the fire. They are now staying with friends.

This little thing, did all the damage to this house. So if you use propane, be very, very Careful.
