Garage Gorilla

OK, new item, this time for the Garage. I went on line and ordered this bike lift thing from Costco. The thing weights a TON. We had the time of our lives putting this up in the ceiling. We had to go buy a stud finder (So Many Jokes in that line) and then try to get it to work. Finally, we get it all installed. Of course it did not go as planed. See rest of pictures.

This took HOURS to put up. When we put it up the FIRST TIME, we found out we did not give our self's enough SPACE for the rod to go across the ceiling. So we had to turn the dam thing 90 degree's and have the bikes hover above the cars. The way we had it the first time was the bikes were next to the wall. Where those boxes are stacked up at. See the three white marks on the wall? That is where the bikes were going to go. But it would not fit. Remember folks, measure TWICE and then AGAIN...

Both Cars in the Garage. Lots of Room? My car was on the Left, But Robert was so freaked out by the pulley, that I had to rearrange the garage so his car could be on the left side and mine would be on the Right. Robert THINKS, that the Garage Gorilla is going to come CRASHING down. He said my car has had a long life, he just got his.

As you can see my little bike is all by it's self. In front of my car. Since Robert went and got this HUGE car, We can barely get inside the garage our selves.
