Bike Ride on Sunday the 12th

Hi everybody. I have a question for all of you. You know that we do the ride at 9 at "Old Town Bicycle"! Penny, a friend of mine ask me to find out if we wanted to do another ride. She wants to go on a bike ride in Kent, at this placed called "Russell Road Park". Now I have not been on this ride, so I am not too sure. But if Penny says it's a fun ride, well then it's a fun ride. We would have to be there at 8am. Now I know this may be a bit early, but we would need to meet at "Old Town Bicycle" at 7:30AM. I just wanted to throw this out here. If you guys "say no way man, to early", then we will do our regular ride at 9. Oh, one more thing...... This ride in Kent is going to be 50 miles long. I know we can do this, we did WAY more then this before. I would love to have your feed back on this matter. Leave comments so I can post this tonight. Sorry about putting this up so late, but I just got the information on where and how long the ride would be.

Oh, one more thing, at "Old Town Bicycle" I have put up a new flyer showing our ride at 9. If you are in the area stop by and take a look at it. Say hi too the guys at the shop.

Sunday, March 5

Welcome to Another SUNDAY RIDE, March 5th 2006

Oh, yes, SUNDAYS. I love them. Even when it is raining outside...NOT...Yes it's sunday, time for another ride. This is the first ride of the year for me. Today we had Ivan, and Penny who showed up at 9am to do the famous PUYALLUP RIDE. This ride is about 35 miles. We had a blast. We also had some problems. First off, Mr. Ivan had to turn around and go get his keys out of his car. I thought this was funny. I have never done that. Then things started going WRONG.... I had flats....Yes more then one. Oh, and Penny fell. It was all our fault. We were going to start moving, but we sat there. I don't know what was going on. Well at any rate we had so much fun. Ivan and Penny both called me at home to make sure that I was going to show up. Everbody that knows me KNOWS that I don't do Rain. But I said, " What the hell, I have bike gear and my bike has fenders." Boy was I a fool. It was cold, and it did rain. But it was so FUN. Oh my god I am so glad that I did this.

So sit back get something to drink and scroll down and see what we did this wonderful Sunday morning.

Remember to hug a friend, wear clean undies and I will see you on the road.
Tracy :)
PS. Ratman, Dave and Chris, we missed you guys. Hope you can make it next SundayPosted by Picasa

What can happen NEXT????

My Poor BIKE... It's in so many pieces.. ANOTHER FLAT... Oh dear GOD IN HEAVEN.... I hate Flats... Posted by Picasa

I can't take it.....

Yes, I had enough. I started having a complete fit. This was the second flat in as little as 10 minutes. Something was wrong. Very wrong. Nothing was on the tire, nothing was inside the tire. However, I think it was being pinched, after I pumped up the tire. Well, there you have it. Now the next picture shows what DID HAPPEN...................... Poor IVAN..... Posted by Picasa

My handy work...

Yes in my fit of rage, I throw the tire and it hit poor IVAN upside his head. Penny, aka "Ms. Hard Headed", was just in shock over the whole sorted affair. She was going to call 911, but Ivan was ok. (Just a key note here. Penny earned her name on last years STP, when she feel and hurt her wrist. Nothing I could say could stop her from getting back on her bike and going on. From that point on, she was know as Ms. Hard Headed". You have to give it too her, she is one determined bike rider. You go Penny. Posted by Picasa

Ivan says "This is where Friends Meet"

Here is a picture of IVAN, yes, he's back from Italy. Still thinking up a new name for him. Oh, IVAN, Inventory of BIKES....I have to keep working on it. Well any way, this is Ivan showing off the new sign at the coffee house. You can just make out his newest creation. (The Bike), not the pants..... Posted by Picasa
